Kioku by Endo
Embarking on the stealthiest launch of the year, it’s almost as if we need a secret handshake to squeeze the real name out of the enigmatic squad curating the debut of third-generation sushi maestro, Endo Kazutoshi’s latest venture—a swanky restaurant and sake bar nestling within the confines of the exclusive Raffles hotel. The Banana Split team, serving as the masterminds behind the hotel’s launch event, ensured that the restaurant was already a hot ticket. They’ve got us playing detective, but all we’ve managed to extract is that this non-omakase rooftop gem will boast panoramic views of London’s skyline and, of course, will be dishing out some of the city’s most mouthwatering sushi. It’s the covert culinary affair we didn’t know we needed, and we’re all in for the clandestine feast of flavours.
